SMS Notifications
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number, you may opt in to receive text message notifications from Journey to the Cross (“J2C”) related to your participation in the event. This optional service is intended solely to assist guests with scheduling updates, including estimated group dismissal times and other time-sensitive event notifications.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from J2C for event-related notifications. Participation in the SMS notification service is entirely optional and is not required in order to attend or participate in the event.
2. Message Frequency
Guests will receive up to three (3) text messages related to the applicable event, plus one additional confirmation message if they choose to opt out, or a help message if requested.
3. Opt-Out / Cancellation
You may cancel the SMS notification service at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation text message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from J2C unless you voluntarily provide your phone number again for a future event.
4. Support
If you experience any issues with the messaging service, please notify event staff during the event, and we will assist you as promptly as possible. Alternatively, text HELP in response to any message from us.
5. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and for messages sent by you to us. Charges, if any, are determined by your wireless service provider. If you have questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless carrier directly.
